We perform tests such as density, moisture, and contaminant analysis, among others. This ensures that the recycled material meets the standards required for reuse in new products. These tests also ensure that the material has the specific qualities requested by each customer.    <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>As more specific tests we have the following:<\/em>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221; el_class=&#8221;mlh_ensayo_calidad&#8221; css_params=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>MFI test (Fluidity Index) Mass) &#8211; ZwickRoell Cflow<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Using the Cflow system, we determine the fluidity index of recycled polymers, a key parameter for understanding their behavior during processes such as extrusion or injection molding. This test allows us to guarantee the homogeneity and processability of the material, as well as helping us correctly classify different types of polymers and optimize their reuse in new applications. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Charpy Impact Test &#8211; ZwickRoell HIT 5.5P<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We use HIT 5.5P equipment to measure the impact resistance of recycled material using the Charpy method. This test helps us ensure that the plastic maintains adequate mechanical properties for demanding applications. It is a fundamental tool for evaluating the durability and reliability of the final product, especially in sectors where safety and durability are a priority.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Density test according to ISO 1183<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This test allows us to verify the consistency and purity of the polymers we work with, ensuring that there are no unwanted fillers or contaminants present. By checking the mass-to-volume ratio of each material, we can confirm that it meets the required specifications.
